Coordinator - Recruitment & Immigration

About the role

Ready to help shape the teams behind some of Cayman's most exciting retail and hospitality brands? We're looking for a Coordinator - Recruitment & Immigration who can spot great talent, create exceptional candidate experiences, and navigate the recruitment journey from first conversation to first day.

Key responsibilities

• Be familiar with current recruitment practices to attract and select qualified candidates for a wide range of professions and industries.
• Ensure recruitment processes are undertaken, including advertising vacancies, pre‑screening, background checks, pre‑employment testing and immigration approvals where relevant.
• Monitor applicant queries and applications received via various channels (ACL Careers, LinkedIn, Reception, etc.) and provide timely responses.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment drives, securing business approval, required forms and recruitment strategy.

Required profile

• Associate degree in a related field and/or CISHRP HR certification (preferred).
• At least 3 years of HR experience in a similar capacity, with experience in complex administrative roles.
• Experience screening resumes, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates in person and via phone/Skype across various industries.
• General knowledge of applicable employment‑related laws and recruitment/immigration best practices.
• Previous experience maintaining HR Information Systems and documentation with strong attention to detail.
