Client Service Director, Insurance Management

About the role

The Client Service Director will lead and be accountable for a specific group of Artex Capital Solutions insurance management clients, delivering high‑quality service and innovative risk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for client relationships within an assigned group of insurance management clients, ensuring high service levels.
• Provide managerial oversight of accounting and transaction operational services delivered by Vice Presidents and Account Executives.
• Lead development and administration of client service systems and procedures, and ensure compliance with laws and internal risk controls.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the business at conferences, seminars and industry events, and liaise with senior leadership to grow opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years recent (re)insurance experience in financial reporting, accounting or auditing.
• Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA) preferred.
• Proven track record in structured reinsurance, retroactive reinsurance or insurance risk securitization transactions.
• At least 5 years of people‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Cayman reinsurance market and regulatory environment.
• Experience working with regulators in Bermuda, Cayman, Ireland or the United Kingdom is advantageous.
