Talent Consultant – Assistant Director (Cayman)

About the role

EY is seeking a Talent Consultant at the Assistant Director level to join its Talent team in Grand Cayman. You will work closely with local leaders to implement and influence HR programs, resolve employee inquiries, and support the overall people strategy for the Cayman office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for new hires and client groups, addressing requests, concerns, and inquiries.
• Handle and resolve employee relations issues, escalating when necessary.
• Implement, execute, and influence HR programs and processes, including immigration vendor management, performance management, and payroll.
• Assist with the intern and scholarship programs in Cayman.
• Facilitate local office orientation and continuously review process improvements.
• Collect and analyze data on exit surveys, budgets, and turnover to identify issues and make recommendations.
• Support the implementation of global HR programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; SHRM certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Solid knowledge of Cayman employment laws and HR principles.
• Strong ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and provide excellent client service.
• Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and a professional work environment.
