Senior Associate Corporate Finance

About the role

As a Senior Associate in PwC's Advisory practice, you will support the Corporate Finance team on a broad range of Mergers & Acquisitions and valuation engagements for asset managers, family offices, and regional operating companies. The role combines financial analysis, client liaison and transaction process management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, valuations, and financial modelling for M&A engagements.
• Prepare market research, due diligence support, and client‑facing reports.
• Develop marketing materials and help manage transaction processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate finance, transaction services or valuations.
• Internationally recognised accounting qualification (CPA, ACA or CA); valuation‑focused qualification preferred.
• Strong valuation knowledge, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Salary range CI$63,735 – CI$73,080 per year plus annual bonus opportunity.
