Marketing & Business Development Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Business Development Administrator to join our team in the Cayman Islands. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to develop marketing skills within a leading international law firm and support business development across the Americas region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client and market research to inform marketing and business development plans for specific market segments.
• Organise international marketing trips, including target research, itinerary management and travel arrangements.
• Prepare pitches, presentations and other marketing collateral for client meetings, seminars and conferences.
• Maintain CRM data for newsletters, alerts and direct‑marketing pieces.
• Support directory submissions, client references and awards nominations.
• Manage the master schedule for marketing and business development activities in the Americas.
• Process vendor invoices for the Americas region.
• Provide on‑site support for events, including coordination of client gift bags and merchandise.

Required profile

• University degree from a recognised institution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with native‑level English proficiency.
• Quick learner, self‑starter with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Organised, able to meet strict deadlines and work outside normal hours when required.
• Interest in marketing and business‑development trends.
• Previous experience in a marketing team or professional/financial services environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Working knowledge of social media channels.
