Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are a luxury hospitality operation in the Cayman Islands seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and beverage outlets. Reporting to senior F&B and culinary leadership, you will ensure high service standards, drive revenue and profitability, and develop a high‑performing front‑of‑house team.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall operational responsibility for day‑to‑day performance of assigned restaurants and F&B outlets.
• Monitor service delivery each shift, address issues promptly and ensure polished, personalised guest experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop a large front‑of‑house team, setting clear service expectations and product knowledge standards.
• Collaborate with culinary and senior F&B leadership on menus, beverage offerings, pricing and product selection.
• Manage purchasing, stock levels, inventory processes and control labour, food and beverage costs.
• Analyse financial performance, contribute to budgeting, forecasting and implement corrective actions.
• Identify revenue‑growth opportunities and support commercial and promotional initiatives.
• Recruit, train, conduct performance discussions and foster career progression within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an F&B management role within a quality hospitality environment, preferably a Forbes 5‑Star property.
• Proven responsibility for multiple restaurants or F&B outlets and leadership of a sizeable team.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financial management, including labour, inventory, purchasing and cost control.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant hospitality, restaurant or culinary management qualification and food safety certification where required.

Required skills

• Experience with restaurant POS systems.
• Familiarity with reservations and hospitality management software.
