Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the strategic growth, operational performance, and long‑term value creation of a diversified construction and real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑, medium‑, and long‑term corporate strategy, driving expansion across construction, property development and real‑estate investment.
• Take full ownership of the P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation, improving margins and return on invested capital.
• Provide executive oversight of the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Lead identification, acquisition, development and commercialization of real‑estate opportunities, managing land acquisition, feasibility, approvals, construction and asset disposition.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, institutional partners, government authorities, brokers and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with substantial experience in construction, property development, real‑estate investment, infrastructure or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses, managing large project portfolios and delivering sustainable profitability.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
