Audit Experienced Staff – Wealth & Asset Management

About the role

Join EY's Financial Services Office (FSO) as an Audit Experienced Staff member within the Wealth & Asset Management segment. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands, delivering assurance services to a diverse portfolio of asset management and private‑equity clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures and develop client‑focused audit strategies.
• Engage with assurance professionals across multiple projects while maintaining direct client interaction.
• Identify potential risks, propose improvements, and support new business development.
• Stay current on business trends and emerging technologies to act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related business discipline.
• Minimum nine months of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Progress toward or possession of an internationally recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., US CPA, Canadian CPA).
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
