Senior Organisational Change Manager

About the role

The Maples Group is seeking a senior‑level Organisational Change Manager to be based in Cayman. In this role you will partner with programme teams, senior sponsors and business units to translate transformation strategy into practical actions and ensure new ways of working are adopted across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the change strategy and approach for group‑wide transformation initiatives.
• Assess change impacts on processes, policies, roles and technology, converting findings into actionable change activities.
• Design and deliver targeted interventions that drive adoption and reduce resistance.
• Develop and execute clear, audience‑specific communication plans.
• Identify learning needs and collaborate with the L&D team to provide role‑based training.
• Build and lead stakeholder‑engagement strategies, working directly with senior leaders.
• Support senior leaders throughout the change journey, helping them champion new behaviours.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering organisational change programmes, preferably in financial or legal services.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence across jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical, communication and facilitation skills.
• Track record of turning strategic objectives into practical, measurable outcomes.
