Senior HR Consultant – Flexible Remote (Grand Cayman)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join an established HR consultancy serving a diverse portfolio of businesses in Grand Cayman. This role offers a highly flexible "work from anywhere" model, allowing you to advise clients on a wide range of HR challenges while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to multiple Cayman‑based client organisations.
• Conduct comprehensive HR audits covering contracts, policies, processes and compliance.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, including terminations and performance management.
• Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Perform cultural and employee wellness assessments.
• Identify operational and strategic improvements within client people functions.
• Advise on compensation, payroll and broader HR best practices.
• Design and deliver training workshops.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding and employee records management.
• Assist clients in implementing and optimising HR technology and systems.
• Lead HR projects from recommendation through to implementation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience at HR Manager, Head of HR or equivalent senior level.
• Proven ability to quickly assess client organisations and advise senior stakeholders.
• International HR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience at the intersection of HR, People Operations and Strategy.
• Right to work in the Cayman Islands.
