Recruiter – Human Resources Team

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and support the attraction, selection and retention of top talent, with a focus on Caymanian employment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and achieve recruitment goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update job descriptions, interview guides and recruitment documentation.
• Advertise vacancies through internal and external channels, including job boards, the company website and social media.
• Conduct recruitment in line with employment legislation, data protection requirements and company policies, giving priority to Caymanians and Right‑to‑Work individuals.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information.
• Complete pre‑employment checks and coordinate onboarding with the HR team.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing and managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events and community initiatives.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide general HR support as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience; retail or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Proven capability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS).

What we offer

• Competitive salary of CI$50,000–CI$55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
• 40‑hour work week, Monday to Friday with flexibility for additional hours as required.
