Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for a high‑performing luxury hospitality organisation. You will partner with senior leaders and department managers to drive people initiatives that support employee engagement, recruitment, compensation and overall organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the HR department.
• Manage recruitment processes and support workforce planning.
• Oversee employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Administer compensation, benefits and HR administration activities.
• Coordinate training, learning and development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and procedures.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Management experience in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership in multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and training.
• Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
