Financial Systems Analyst – Cayman Islands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Analyst to join a leading international professional services firm in the Cayman Islands. You will support, enhance and optimise critical financial applications, working closely with finance, technology and business teams to ensure reliable, efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for finance systems, applications and integrations.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for assigned financial platforms, including Aderant Expert.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors on projects and upgrades.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing and change‑management activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience supporting and maintaining ERP or financial management systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Aderant Expert and related financial system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
