About the role

Join the team at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa as a Beach Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our beach and pool areas. You will ensure safety, maintain pristine environments, and provide friendly service in a vibrant resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and organize beach and pool equipment for daily operations.
• Monitor guest safety, enforce pool rules, and respond to incidents promptly.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, and equipment checks.
• Assist guests with inquiries, rentals, and activity bookings.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and operations teams to uphold property standards.
