Valuation, Modeling & Economics Manager

About the role

EY’s Parthenon team is seeking a Valuation, Modeling & Economics Manager to join its Strategy and Transactions practice in the Cayman Islands. The role sits at the centre of high‑profile transactions, providing valuation expertise to sophisticated clients while working with leading business tools and methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in valuation and financial analysis engagements across a variety of client assignments.
• Research and gather relevant market and company data to support valuation approaches.
• Develop and maintain valuation models and other business models.
• Assist in the preparation of valuation reports for financial reporting, transaction, tax and litigation purposes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and contribute to other Strategy and Transactions projects as needed.
• Travel to client sites when required.

Required profile

• Strong ability to multi‑task and work effectively within project teams of varying sizes.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and aptitude for identifying key issues.
• Capacity to conduct research, develop valuation models and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including report writing.
• Client‑focused mindset with a willingness to listen and address client needs.
• Eagerness to develop professionally within a collaborative environment.
