Senior Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Liberty Business (Flow) is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to grow relationships with its corporate and government client base in the Cayman Islands. The role combines consultative selling of telecom and IT solutions with strategic account development.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue targets by selling new and existing products and services.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned enterprise clients and act as the primary point of contact.
• Provide consultative sales services, defining customer requirements and matching them with Liberty Business solutions.
• Develop and maintain account development plans and annual sales plans.
• Generate awareness of new technologies and service offerings across the portfolio.
• Design complete solutions leveraging multiple products and technologies.
• Drive revenue growth across existing accounts and prospect new non‑Liberty Business clients.
• Coordinate and prepare responses for client‑issued tenders and bids.
• Own the relationship with customers, ensuring a service‑first mentality.
• Conduct face‑to‑face and remote meetings, deliver proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B direct sales experience in business or enterprise sectors with a proven track record.
• Degree in Management, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of managerial accounting and budget analysis.
• In‑depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry and/or IT services.
• Familiarity with mobile, data, cloud IaaS/DaaS and networking solutions is advantageous.
• Experience using CRM and contact management systems, preferably Salesforce.
