A boutique professional services firm is looking for a Senior Director to lead its Restructuring & Insolvency practice. The role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced leadership team, manage complex engagements, and mentor senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead restructuring, insolvency, and fiduciary engagements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across legal, financial, and corporate environments.
• Supervise and develop engagement teams.
• Support business development and market expansion initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice on complex client matters.
• Contribute to leadership and operational decision‑making.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, JIEB, or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in restructuring and insolvency.
• Strong technical background in restructuring and insolvency matters.
• Demonstrated client management and business development skills.
• Leadership experience within a professional services environment.
