Public Area Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Public Area Attendant ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across all public spaces of our luxury resort. You will create a safe, welcoming and premium environment for every guest, contributing directly to memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and deep‑cleaning of lobbies, corridors, pool decks, and other public areas.
• Maintain immaculate appearance of furnishings, fixtures and floor surfaces.
• Monitor and restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning agents and guest amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
