About the role

The Overnight Public Area Attendant joins the housekeeping team at a luxury resort, ensuring that all public spaces remain clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the night and early morning hours. This position plays a key part in delivering the high‑standard guest experience expected at a five‑star property.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor areas during the overnight shift.
• Collect and dispose of waste, restock supplies, and report any maintenance issues.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure all public areas meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with day‑shift staff to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols while working after hours.
