About the role

The Massage Therapist will join the Hibiscus Spa team at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. Working in a luxury resort environment, you will deliver professional massage and body‑treatment services that enhance the guest experience and uphold the resort’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of professional massages and body treatments for resort guests.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming spa environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols while delivering services.
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations and maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate with the Hibiscus Spa team and report directly to the Spa Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure proper use, cleaning, and storage of spa equipment and supplies.
