Managing Director – Cayman Islands

About the role

The Managing Director will lead CSC’s Cayman Islands office, driving service excellence, operational discipline and sustainable growth. Reporting to global leadership, the role sets strategic direction, fosters a culture aligned with CSC’s values and ensures exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the office strategy in line with CSC’s global objectives to achieve revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery that meets CSC standards and client expectations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using standardized processes, technology and best practices.
• Own P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, billing discipline and cost management.
• Act as trusted advisor to key clients, identifying new business opportunities and delivering integrated solutions.
• Build and lead an inclusive, high-performing team, partnering with People & Culture on talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate governance and internal risk-based policies.
• Represent CSC to clients, regulators and industry stakeholders, enhancing market presence.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience, preferably as a Managing Director or equivalent.
• Proven track record of managing a full P&L and delivering profitable growth.
• Strong client‑facing skills with ability to act as a strategic advisor.
• Deep understanding of regulatory environments and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
