About the role

The Lead Cook will head a designated station in the luxury kitchen of The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa, preparing and cooking high‑quality dishes for daily restaurant service, banquets and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a specific kitchen station, ensuring consistent, efficient food preparation.
• Execute recipes accurately for restaurant, banquet and event menus.
• Maintain strict portion control and uphold food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support high‑volume service in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior line cook in a high‑volume, upscale hospitality setting.
• Strong ability to lead a station and work under pressure.
