Janitor / Cleaner – Building Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Janitor/Cleaner to maintain the building’s cleanliness and condition. The role involves routine cleaning tasks and minor repairs with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean and stock restrooms.
• Collect and dispose of trash, clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours and keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Perform minor repairs and notify supervisors of major issues.
• Collaborate with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
