Front Desk Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join the team at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. In this guest‑focused position you will be the first point of contact, delivering warm, professional service to our visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and modifications using the property’s reservation system.
• Answer telephone inquiries and provide accurate information about the resort.
• Assist guests with requests, resolve issues promptly and ensure a memorable stay.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front‑desk area and manage cash transactions as required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a front‑desk or hospitality role is preferred.
