Foodservice Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Foodservice Sales Representative to join our team in the Cayman Islands. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of foodservice accounts, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and food retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of foodservice accounts across the island.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through client outreach and site visits.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Present and promote the company’s product range, matching client needs with appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, account performance, and pipeline, reporting regularly to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail, supermarket, or wholesale environments.
• Strong knowledge of branded grocery and health‑and‑beauty products.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid overall computer literacy.
• Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
