Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will support a portfolio of Asia‑based corporate services clients that are serviced through the Hong Kong Client Service team. Based in the Cayman Islands, you will act as the central liaison to ensure seamless delivery of corporate services across Cayman entities and structures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding, governance, risk and compliance activities, and Local Acceptance Committee (LAC) approvals for new and existing relationships.
• Serve as the Cayman‑based point of contact for the Hong Kong Client Service team, monitoring client requests, service commitments and deadlines.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to Hong Kong stakeholders on active matters and outstanding actions.
• Liaise with Risk & Compliance, AML, KYC, sanctions and other functional teams to gather information, facilitate due‑diligence reviews and ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.
• Partner with legal, finance, operations and other cross‑functional teams to manage information flow and support coordinated client solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with entity management, restructuring projects and ongoing governance matters.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across teams in different time zones.
• Experience supporting corporate services or financial services clients, preferably in an Asia‑focused environment.
• Understanding of risk, compliance and KYC processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and service delivery.
