About the role

The Bellman is the first point of contact for guests arriving at and departing from a luxury resort. This guest‑facing position blends courteous service with efficient luggage handling, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the main entrance and provide a professional first impression.
• Assist with luggage, carts, and transportation of guests’ belongings to and from rooms.
• Offer accurate information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with front‑desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain the entrance area clean, organized, and safe.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift and move luggage safely.
