Beauty Therapist – Hibiscus Spa

About the role

The Beauty Therapist will join the Hibiscus Spa team at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa, delivering a full range of spa treatments to guests. Working in a luxury resort environment, you will ensure each guest receives personalized, high‑quality service that enhances their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa services including massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and hair‑removal procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Provide professional advice on treatments and after‑care to guests.
• Collaborate with spa team members and report directly to the Spa Supervisor.
• Ensure all equipment and products are properly stocked and sanitized.
