Audit Senior Associate – Funds, Cayman Islands

About the role

We are building a specialist audit team in the Cayman Islands for one of the world’s largest fund managers. As an Audit Senior Associate you will work on complex funds, financial services and capital markets engagements while enjoying a tax‑free environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial statement audits and form an opinion on material misstatement.
• Assess internal controls, governance and risk management processes.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to a high‑performing team.
• Apply critical thinking and data‑driven insight to solve complex audit issues.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (or qualifying by January 2027).
• Audit experience within funds, financial services, banking or capital markets.
• Background in a Big 4 or Top 10 audit firm.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to develop technical expertise.
