Assistant Vice President – Funds Fiduciary

About the role

The Maples Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President to join its Funds Fiduciary team in Grand Cayman. You will support new business initiatives, manage client relationships and oversee financial statement reviews for a portfolio of corporate service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with new‑business pitch calls, analyse proposed structures and coordinate client acceptance processes.
• Act as primary liaison with lawyers, investment managers, fund administrators, prime brokers and other international transaction parties.
• Manage the financial‑statement review process for assigned CSPs, providing detailed comments on statements, representation letters and engagement documents.
• Support CSPs in meeting quarterly KPI targets and administer share‑trustee, trustee and independent‑director mandates.
• Attend conference calls and board meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect data in internal databases.
• Prepare and disseminate invoices in line with administration agreements and assist CSPs with invoicing for new mandates.

Required profile

• University graduate with an excellent academic record.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• High ethical standards, autonomy and strong analytical abilities.
