Trust Associate

About the role

The Trust Associate will manage a portfolio of trusts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high‑quality service to clients. This position offers the chance to deepen expertise in sophisticated trust structures while building trusted relationships with clients and professional intermediaries.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of trusts in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Conduct trust and investment reviews, monitor transactions, and review financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records, oversee billing, receivables, deposits, and ensure timely correspondence.
• Manage complex client requirements and liaise with professional intermediaries.

Required profile

• Recognised trust qualification (e.g., TEP, ICSA) or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum five years of experience in trust administration, capable of working independently.
• Broad knowledge of trust and estate administration, supported by accounting and investment awareness.
• Strong organisational abilities, teamwork orientation, and capacity to support staff development.
