E‑Billing Supervisor – Cayman Islands

About the role

The E‑Billing Supervisor reports to the Global Collections Manager and leads the Cayman Islands‑based e‑billing team. The role ensures timely invoice processing, high‑quality customer service and continuous improvement of billing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the e‑billing team, allocate workload, provide training and ensure superior customer service.
• Analyse performance reviews and feedback to drive continuous improvement and meet SLA targets.
• Collaborate with Senior E‑Billing Specialists to ensure timely invoice uploads and compliance with client billing requirements.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency of e‑billing workflows.
• Act as escalation point for senior specialists, resolving queries promptly and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven e‑billing and supervisory experience with high ethical standards and autonomy.
• Strong communication and accounts‑department experience, including reconciliation.
• Experience with financial applications and multi‑currency or shared‑service environments (preferred).
• Self‑motivated, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork.

Required skills

• BillBlast and Aderant billing platforms.
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
• General IT competence and accurate data‑entry skills.
