Transaction Diligence Manager (Financial Services)

About the role

As a Transaction Diligence Manager within EY's Financial Services Organization, you will work on high‑profile M&A transactions for leading banks, asset managers, insurers and private‑equity funds. You will guide clients through the diligence lifecycle, helping them assess value drivers, risks and pricing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence engagements for complex deals, from planning to delivery.
• Analyse historical financial statements, profit drivers and trends to evaluate run‑rate profitability.
• Identify and quantify financial risks, providing clear recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional EY teams, including EY‑Parthenon, to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance, accounting or related fields, preferably with experience in M&A or transaction advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client‑focused mindset.
