Senior Manager – Turnaround & Restructuring (Consulting)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Turnaround & Restructuring practice in the Cayman Islands. You will oversee a portfolio of key clients, providing highly specialised advice and ensuring delivery excellence while building collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex portfolio of corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency and liquidation engagements.
• Lead engagement teams, allocate resources and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory deadlines.
• Develop and implement operational turnaround plans for clients.
• Identify innovation opportunities, champion new technologies and train teams on emerging regulatory standards.
• Foster business development activities, including proposals, client presentations and new opportunity identification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Internationally recognised professional designation such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, CPI, JIEB, INSOL Foundation Certificate, JD, LLM or LLB.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency or related advisory services.
