Senior Corporate Services Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global fiduciary services provider to find an experienced Senior Corporate Services Specialist. The role focuses on managing corporate administration for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with Cayman Islands regulations and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day corporate administration activities for multiple entities.
• Maintain and update records using CAPS, CORIS, REEFS, and ROC systems.
• Ensure compliance with Cayman Islands' legal and regulatory procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve corporate service issues.
• Prepare and review corporate documentation and filings.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate administration.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CAPS.
• Familiarity with CORIS.
• Experience with REEFS.
• Proficiency in ROC.
