Senior Actuarial Consulting Manager – Property & Casualty (Cayman Islands)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Actuarial Consulting Manager to lead Property & Casualty (P&C) engagements within its Financial Services Office in the Cayman Islands. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across the globe, delivering strategic advice, risk management, and transformation services to a diverse portfolio of insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale client engagements covering financial reporting, risk management and actuarial transformation.
• Develop and execute financial modelling, capital optimisation and investment advisory projects.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, new business start‑ups and IFRS 17 implementation.
• Provide audit support and act as an approved actuary for client engagements.
• Collaborate with EY teams in the UK, Europe and the US on cross‑border assignments.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead complex client projects and deliver high‑quality outcomes on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk‑monitoring skills.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior consultants in an inclusive environment.
