Senior Accounting & Operations Associate

About the role

The Senior Accounting & Operations Associate will be based in the Cayman office of a leading financial services firm. You will lead accounting for multiple entities that follow different accounting frameworks while supporting treasury, reporting and financial planning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting for entities under IFRS, US GAAP and other standards.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports.
• Oversee treasury functions, including wire operations.
• Handle accounts payable, perform reconciliations and support cash management.
• Contribute to financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Chartered qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA(SA)) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, finance or audit.
