Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Cruise Planner who will turn travel dreams into confirmed sailings. In this sales‑focused position you will guide clients through every step of the cruise booking process, from initial inquiry to embarkation.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with clients via email, chat and phone to understand their travel preferences, budget and group size.
• Recommend suitable cruise lines, ships, itineraries, staterooms, dining packages and shore excursions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, handling deposits, payment plans and travel protection.
• Manage booking details, special requests, upgrades and pre‑cruise questions with professionalism.
• Provide post‑booking support to encourage repeat sailings, referrals and reviews.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cruises and travel, with a genuine passion for helping clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a client‑first attitude.
• Organizational ability to juggle multiple quotes, reservations and follow‑ups.
• Comfort using technology, online booking platforms and CRM systems.
• Willingness to learn and grow into specialty areas such as luxury or expedition cruising.
