Remote Client Success Manager / Account Manager (USD 72k–100k)

About the role

This is a full‑time remote position for an experienced Client Success Manager or Account Manager who wants to drive enrollment growth for childcare centers through paid advertising. You will work with a proven system and be directly responsible for client retention and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full client relationship from onboarding through retention, including launching and scaling Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Develop compelling ad messaging for local markets, monitor daily KPIs, and lead client calls with clarity.
• Manage the entire funnel (ad → lead → tour booking → show rate → close rate) and devise strategies to improve profitability at each step.
• Collaborate with editors and creators while ensuring final deliverables meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English with a proactive, high‑touch communication style.
• 2+ years experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or running your own agency.
• Highly resilient, hyper‑focused on client results and willing to work a 6‑day schedule.
• Ability to overlap working hours with North American business time zones.
