Remote Account Manager / Client Success Manager (USD 72k-100k OTE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager or Client Success Manager to join our remote team. You will own the full client lifecycle for childcare centers, driving enrollment growth through paid advertising while ensuring high retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and manage the relationship from start to retention.
• Launch, scale, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for each client.
• Craft compelling ad copy and creative that resonates with local parents.
• Monitor daily KPIs, track lead flow, tour bookings, show rates, and close rates.
• Lead client calls with clear communication and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with editors and creators while owning the final deliverable.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English with a proactive, high‑touch communication style.
• Proven experience in account management or client success, preferably in digital advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on client revenue growth and retention.
