Professional Support Lawyer – Corporate & Finance

About the role

The Professional Support Lawyer will join a global Professional Support team, providing specialist assistance to Corporate and Finance lawyers across the firm’s international offices. Working closely with partners and practice group leaders, the role focuses on knowledge management, legal innovation, and the delivery of high‑quality legal resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain precedents, legal guides, and practice notes for Corporate & Finance matters.
• Monitor legal developments, prepare updates and briefings for the practice.
• Coordinate training programmes and produce thought‑leadership content.
• Support knowledge systems, document automation tools, and contribute to innovation projects.
• Collaborate with lawyers, partners, and practice leaders to ensure consistent, high‑quality legal output.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and finance law.
• Strong technical legal expertise and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• PSL experience is desirable but not essential.
