Paralegal – Trusts Team (Cayman Islands)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a busy, collegiate Trusts team at an established law firm in the Cayman Islands. You will support partners and fee earners on complex trusts and private‑wealth matters for ultra‑high‑net‑worth and high‑net‑worth individuals, as well as trust companies and trustees.

Key responsibilities

• Assist partners and senior lawyers with the preparation and administration of complex trust structures.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents related to private‑wealth and trust matters.
• Liaise with clients, trustees, and third‑party service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate trust files and ensure compliance with offshore regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in a leading, internationally recognised law firm.
• Demonstrated experience in trusts work; offshore experience, particularly in the Cayman Islands, is highly desirable.
• Paralegal or other recognised legal qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
