Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa ensures accurate end‑of‑day financial reconciliation and provides guest services during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑of‑day bookkeeping by reconciling all revenue centers, including F&B, Front Office and retail.
• Execute the “End of Day” sequence in the OPERA PMS, verifying guest accounts, room rates and tax postings.
• Serve as primary guest contact from 11 PM to 7 AM, handling check‑ins, departures, reservations and switchboard duties.
• Resolve guest complaints or maintenance issues autonomously, escalating only when necessary.
• Prepare and distribute the Night Audit package (Manager’s Report, Occupancy Forecast, Revenue Summary, No‑Show reports).
• Maintain a detailed shift log for handover and conduct property sweeps and security monitoring.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of night audit experience in a luxury resort/hotel.
• At least 1 year of general front office experience.
• Advanced knowledge of OPERA PMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and excellent English communication.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and overnight shifts.
