Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Content Creator

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Marketing Specialist focused on growth, social media, and content creation to support talent attraction, business growth, employee engagement, and community impact across the Caribbean and Bermuda. You will craft compelling multimedia stories that align with Deloitte’s brand and purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish photo, video, and graphic content for social media, digital campaigns, and firmwide events.
• Translate business insights, thought leadership, and market priorities into clear, engaging content.
• Maintain organized content calendars, production files, and digital assets in line with branding standards.
• Collaborate with Growth colleagues and regional committees to develop and monitor content performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, video production, and content creation, preferably in professional services or a similarly complex organization.
• Proven ability to understand stakeholder needs, shape recommendations, and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Experience working under tight deadlines with strong brand and corporate awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar design tools).
• Experience using digital analytics to measure content performance.
