Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead brand, social media and content strategy for a luxury resort in Grand Cayman. The role combines strategic planning with execution, including photography, videography and on‑site content production to drive brand awareness and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage social media across all platforms for the hotel and its food‑and‑beverage outlets, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement.
• Produce high‑quality photography, videography and Reels on‑site to showcase the property and dining experiences.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, local engagement and F&B revenue.
• Manage the marketing budget, content calendars and PR activities, including media pitches and influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing on commercial strategy, promotions and performance reporting.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants or lifestyle brands.
• Hands‑on photography and videography skills with the ability to produce and publish content independently.
• Strong social‑media content creation experience on Instagram, Facebook and emerging platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools; graphic‑design experience is a plus.
• Understanding of food‑and‑beverage marketing and hotel commercial strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related field preferred.

• Salary $79,000‑$85,000 USD per annum.
