Marketing Manager – Cayman Islands

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute brand and marketing initiatives for Private, Personal and Commercial Banking in the Cayman Islands. Working closely with senior marketing leaders, you will drive revenue‑generating campaigns, CSR and sponsorship programmes while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution for Private Banking and product launches.
• Develop and manage CSR, sponsorship and brand initiatives in collaboration with senior managers.
• Prepare briefs for creative and media agencies and oversee production of local marketing assets.
• Support creation of wealth‑management content for public‑facing sites.
• Coordinate signage, merchandising and collateral inventory across retail branches.
• Maintain relationships with regional vendors, negotiate pricing and ensure cultural relevance of messaging.
• Recommend digital‑adoption opportunities to boost client engagement and revenue growth.
• Track campaign performance against business results and marketing metrics.

Required profile

• General MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in the financial services or wealth‑management sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and the local media landscape.
