Internal Audit Senior / Manager – Consulting Firm

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Senior or Manager to join our high‑performing consulting team in the Cayman Islands. You will lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of regulated organisations, helping them strengthen governance, risk management and internal control frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver internal audit projects across multiple industries.
• Assess and improve governance, risk and control environments for clients.
• Interact with senior stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure audit objectives are met.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accounting professional (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in internal audit or risk advisory, preferably from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proven capability to build effective relationships at all organisational levels.

• Solid understanding of internal controls, governance and risk management principles.
