Fertility Nurse Coordinator (6‑month contract)

About the role

The Cayman Fertility Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as a Fertility Nurse Coordinator for a six‑month cover starting November 1st. You will support individuals and couples throughout their fertility journeys, providing high‑quality nursing care in a specialised reproductive health setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients undergoing fertility and IVF treatments.
• Assist with patient education and emotional support throughout the treatment process.
• Coordinate clinical activities and ensure smooth workflow within the fertility clinic.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience.
• Eligibility for Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and employment in the Cayman Islands.
• Experience in women’s health, gynaecology, family planning, obstetrics or reproductive health.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Fertility/IVF care (advantageous).
• Follicular ultrasound scanning (advantageous).
• Pre‑ and post‑anaesthesia care (advantageous).
• eIVF electronic medical records (advantageous).
