Delivery Driver

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to transport medical cannabis products to its dispensaries in the Winchester area. The role ensures timely, compliant, and safe deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport medication to dispensaries and accept payment.
• Maintain full compliance with state regulations governing medical cannabis delivery.
• Execute deliveries on schedule and communicate any delays to logistics leadership.
• Follow all traffic laws and keep vehicles clean and well‑maintained.
• Maintain detailed vehicle maintenance logs and driver logs.
• Complete required paperwork such as checklists and rejection sheets.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and dispensary teams to resolve product issues.
• Develop positive relationships with dispensary staff.
• Assist in other departments and tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of state cannabis delivery regulations.
• Excellent customer service, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
