Décor Installer – Events Production Crew

About the role

Celebrations Ltd. is looking for a full‑time Décor Installer to join its Events Production Crew. The role involves building, installing, setting up and removing décor and rental items for weddings and special events across the Cayman Islands.

Key responsibilities

• Install, set up and remove décor and rental items such as tents, tables, chairs and linens.
• Maintain and upkeep all rental equipment, ensuring it is clean and functional.
• Perform expert‑level draping and assist with carpentry and electrical tasks as needed.
• Meet event deadlines and work within the time restrictions outlined on setup paperwork.
• Respond to customer needs, uphold safety standards and handle company items with care.
• Report any equipment changes or maintenance requirements to the Production Supervisor.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with carpentry and electrical background.
• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical capability to lift 50–70 lb items.
• Detail‑oriented, positive attitude and professional presentation.
• Team player willing to take direction.
• Good knowledge of local street routes and landmarks.
• Full driving licence (Group 3) with at least one year of island driving experience.

What we offer
